Installation
From your WordPress dashboard
- Go to Plugins Add New.
- Search for Version Info Admin Bar.
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
Manual installation
- Download the plugin zip file.
- Go to Plugins Add New Upload Plugin.
- Select the downloaded zip file and click Install Now.
- Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu.
After activation
- Go to Settings Version Information.
- Select which plugins you want to track.
- Click Save Settings.
- Check the top admin bar for the new Versions menu.

Who can see the version information?

Only logged-in users with the
manage_optionscapability (administrators) can see the “Versions” menu and access the settings page. -
