Simply add the shortcodes using the bundled TinyMCE-plugin which is placed in the visual editor.
Installation
- Upload the `wp-microdata/` directory to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Start microdata-ing
