When an order reaches a status you choose (for example \"Completed\"), the order data is sent to LagerSky, which deducts the items from stock \u2013 and can optionally post cost of goods, sales and invoices to your accounting system.<\/p>\n\n<p>The plugin is intentionally lightweight: all inventory and accounting logic runs in LagerSky. The plugin has no database access of its own and only stores your settings (license key and similar).<\/p>\n\n<h4>Features<\/h4>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Automatic stock deduction when an order reaches the selected status<\/li>\n<li>Bundles are broken down into their components<\/li>\n<li>Optional automatic bookkeeping in Luca Regnskap (cost of goods, sales, invoices)<\/li>\n<li>Separate settings for prepaid payment methods (for example Vipps)<\/li>\n<li>License status shown directly on the settings page<\/li>\n<li>Optional stock sync from LagerSky back to WooCommerce (LagerSky is the master)<\/li>\n<li>Send all products to LagerSky with one click \u2013 you review and approve in LagerSky before anything is saved<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4>Use of an external service<\/h4>\n\n<p>This plugin requires and communicates with <strong>LagerSky<\/strong>, a third-party service operated by AktivWeb (Norwegian organization number 938 383 413). A LagerSky account and license key are required for the plugin to work \u2013 the service performs the actual inventory management and bookkeeping.<\/p>\n\n<p>What data is sent, and when:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>When an order reaches the status you have selected, order data is sent to the LagerSky API (https:\/\/www.lagersky.no\/api\/v1\/): order number, order lines (item number\/SKU, name, quantity and price) and \u2013 if you enable invoicing \u2013 billing details (name, company, email, phone and address).<\/li>\n<li>When you open the settings page or click \"Check license\", the license key is sent to verify its status.<\/li>\n<li>When you click \"Send products to LagerSky\", the product list is sent (SKU, name, price excluding VAT, stock quantity and GTIN\/EAN). WooCommerce must be installed and active.<\/li>\n<li>Go to WooCommerce \u2192 LagerSky and paste in your license key (found in LagerSky under Settings \u2192 License key).<\/li>\n<li>Choose which order status should trigger the stock deduction (recommended: \"Completed\").<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<!--section=faq-->\n<dl>\n<dt id=\"do%20i%20need%20a%20lagersky%20account%3F\"><h3>Do I need a LagerSky account?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. The plugin connects WooCommerce to LagerSky, and you need an account with a license key. You can create an account at https:\/\/www.lagersky.no.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"is%20customer%20data%20sent%20outside%20my%20site%3F\"><h3>Is customer data sent outside my site?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Order data, including billing details, is sent to the LagerSky API to update stock and optionally create accounting entries. See the \"Use of an external service\" section and the privacy policy.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"do%20i%20have%20to%20use%20the%20accounting%20integration%3F\"><h3>Do I have to use the accounting integration?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. Bookkeeping in Luca Regnskap is optional. Without it, only the stock is updated.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20i%20import%20my%20existing%20products%20into%20lagersky%3F\"><h3>Can I import my existing products into LagerSky?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. Click \"Send products to LagerSky\" on the plugin settings page. Products with a SKU are sent to LagerSky, where you get an overview first: new products are added, and if a product already exists with different values, the changes are highlighted so you can decide what to overwrite.
