To qualify, a company must achieve over 90% customer satisfaction, based on authentic reviews collected from a complete and unfiltered customer list — no editing. Companies that earn the seal receive a unique Company GUID, which is used to display their verified widget on trust.midrag.co.il. **What does this plugin do?** This plugin offers five independent display types, all configured from a single settings page with a tabbed interface: **1. Sticky Widget (floating widget)** A floating widget that sticks to the edge of every page of your site. Visitors can click it to open an iframe showing all verified customer reviews — without leaving your site. Supports Pentagon, Circle, and Side styles with separate position, size, and offset settings for desktop and mobile. Includes a live preview mode: open your site with the widget visible and reposition it using keyboard arrows directly from the settings page. **2. Inline Widget (shortcode)** Embed the Midrag Trust widget anywhere on your site using a shortcode. Supports up to 5 independent shortcode instances, each with its own appearance and behavior settings. Place the widget inside posts, pages, or any theme template. **3. Popup Widget** Automatically shows a popup of verified customer reviews after a configurable period of user inactivity. Supports position, size, offsets, max- width, inactivity trigger time, and display duration — separate settings for desktop and mobile. No scripts are loaded if the Company GUID field is left empty. **Sticky Widget and Inline Widget** — When a valid Company GUID is configured, the plugin loads `embededCompanyCard.v2.js` from trust.midrag.co.il on applicable front- end pages. This script renders the trust widget, which displays the company’s Midrag rating and review count. When visitors click the widget, an iframe opens showing the full reviews collected by Midrag for that company. The data sent includes the Company GUID and widget configuration (widget type, color, position, size, offset settings) as HTML attributes on the script tag. **Popup Widget** — When the Popup Widget is active and a valid GUID is configured, the plugin loads `embededReviewsWidget.v1.js` from trust.midrag.co.il on applicable front-end pages. This script renders a popup carousel of verified customer reviews after a period of user inactivity. The data sent includes the Company GUID and widget configuration (position, height, offsets, max-width, timing settings) as HTML attributes on the script tag. **Embedded Page** — When the `[midrag_trust_page]` shortcode is used on a page, the plugin loads `embededCompanyCard.v1.js` from trust.midrag.co.il. This script renders a full embedded page of verified customer reviews for the company. The data sent is the Company GUID passed as an HTML attribute on the script tag. **Carousel** — When the `[midrag_trust_carousel]` shortcode is used on a page, the plugin loads `swiperCompanyCard.v2.js` from trust.midrag.co.il. This script renders a scrollable carousel of verified customer reviews. The data sent is the Company GUID passed as an HTML attribute on the script tag. Since all scripts are loaded directly by the visitor’s browser, standard HTTP request headers (such as the visitor’s IP address and user agent) are transmitted to trust. midrag.co.il as part of the request. The plugin does not collect or send any additional personal visitor data. **Plugin activation and Join form** — When the plugin is activated, and when a user submits the Join form in the settings page, data is sent to a Midrag-operated webhook hosted on n8n.cloud (https://n8n.io). The activation payload includes the site URL, domain, WordPress version, and plugin version. The Join form payload includes the submitted contact details. This data is used solely by Midrag to track installations and handle join requests, and is not shared with third parties. Go to **Plugins Add New** in your WordPress admin and search for “Midrag Trust Widget”. 2. Click **Install Now**, then **Activate**. 3. A notification will appear with a link to the settings page. 4. Go to the Midrag Trust Widget settings page (appears in the WordPress admin menu). 5. Enter your Company GUID (provided by Midrag Trust) in the shared field at the top. 6. Use the tabs to configure each display type: **Sticky Widget**, **Inline Widget**,** Popup Widget**, **Embedded Page**, or **Carousel**. 7. Click “Save Settings” on each tab you configure. The Sticky Widget and Popup Widget will automatically appear on all pages of your site (based on your Page Visibility settings). To display the Inline Widget, Embedded Page, or Carousel, place the respective shortcode in any post, page, or widget area. ## Kwel-vrae ### Who can use this plugin? Only companies that have earned the Midrag Trust seal and received a unique Company GUID after passing the verification process. ### Where do I find my Company GUID? Your Company GUID is provided by Midrag Trust after your company successfully passes the verification process. It appears at the end of your company page URL on trust. midrag.co.il. ### What happens if I don’t enter a GUID? No widgets will be displayed on the site until a valid Company GUID is entered in the settings page. ### The widget appears but the reviews page isn’t loading — what should I check? This is usually a domain mismatch issue. When your company receives a GUID, Midrag Trust registers your domain automatically as part of the process. If the iframe isn’t loading review content, make sure the domain where the plugin is installed matches the domain registered with Midrag Trust (for example, installing on a staging subdomain or a different domain than the one on file may cause this). If you’re unsure, contact Midrag Trust to confirm which domain is registered for your account. ### What Sticky Widget types are available? Three types are available: Pentagon (pentagon-shaped widget, supports black/white color), Circle (round widget), and Side (widget attached to the edge of the screen). ### Can I set different positions for desktop and mobile? Yes. For the Sticky Widget and Popup Widget, you can choose an independent position and size for desktop and mobile, as well as separate X/Y offsets for each. ### How do I use the Inline Widget? Go to the Inline Widget tab in the settings page, configure the appearance settings, and copy the shortcode shown (e.g. `[midrag_inline_badge id="1"]`). Paste it into any post, page, or widget area where you want the widget to appear. You can create up to 5 independent inline widget shortcodes, each with its own settings. ### How does the Popup Widget work? The Popup Widget automatically appears after a configurable period of user inactivity. You can set how long to wait before showing it (Inactivity Trigger) and how long it stays visible (Display Duration). Configure its position, size, and offsets on the Popup Widget tab. ### Can I control on which pages the widgets appear? Yes. The Sticky Widget and Popup Widget both have a Page Visibility section where you can choose to show the widget on all pages, only on selected pages, on all pages except selected ones, or exclude specific URLs. The Inline Widget appears only where you place the shortcode. ### Does the plugin load any third-party scripts? Yes.
