Upload the ‘zzwp-last-ip’ folder to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

No instruction, website’s owner poor and the plugin isn’t even there, the plugin doesn’t work.
