The plugin has been translated to Persian already.

The plugin has a page for change default order status. This is page is in the ‘Settings’ menu.

Installation

Upload the the plugin directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Enjoy!
