Installation

Upload a-rss-more directory to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
If you theme is support ‘automatic-feed-links’ – all done

Another – add link to new RSS with param ?announce=1:
